Even while anger is happening m if you suddenly become conscious, it drops. Try it. Just in the middle, when yu are feeling very hot and would like to commit murder, suddenly become aware, and you will feel something has changed; a gear inside, you can feel the click. Something has changed, now its no more the same thing. Your inner being has relaxed.
Be a Visionary - Don't Think, Just See
Whenever you look. Try it. Its going to be difficult, just because of an old habit. But try it. It happens. It has happened to many why not you? Just make a little effort. You see a flower, then just see it, dont say anything. Clouds are moving in the sky : lie down on the ground and see, and don't say anything. Just dont verbalise.
On life's way never keep to the left, never keep to the right. Just to the middle. In the middle there will be glimpses of balance. There is a point, you can understand, you can feel it, there is a point when you are not leaning to either extreme, you are exactly in the middle. Try it. In that split second suddenly there is grace, everything is in equilibrium.
